administration -> configuration -> restore -> erase nvram one more time. Or install OFW, if it will works then install tomato via tftpd (or asus firmware restoration tools).

Thanks shibby, that output was from official firmware (latest one), I tried to erase nvram several times, but still no 5ghz wifi, I decided to return it to shop. I am waiting for replacement...
